Is it kambu. I want to know which kambu is best. Mottu kambu and Nattu kambu. Someone telling Mottu kambu is harmful for skins. is it true?

certainly, ragi is commonly consumed in most parts of South India from children of 6 months age to elderly persons.

it may be due to high fat percent.

you are right, the high fat contact is the main reason. Also it is a highly drought hardy nutritious grain.
